If StaysPrivate Pro doesn't work for you for any reason, tell us within 14 days of purchase and you get a full refund — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email staysprivate@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout (or reply to your purchase receipt) and say you'd like a refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method by our merchant of record, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

After 14 days

Past the 14-day window we generally cannot refund, but if something is genuinely broken for you, email us anyway — we'd rather fix it or make it right than keep an unhappy customer's money.
